A company is looking for a Customer Advocate to assist in resolving escalated customer inquiries and provide support to internal and external customers.Key Responsibilities : Resolve escalated inquiries and concerns from customer care agents and managementMonitor and evaluate customer service calls, providing coaching to improve CSR performanceRespond to emails and web inquiries, assisting with complex inquiries from providers and membersRequired Qualifications : High school diploma or GED equivalent2 years of experience in customer service6 months of experience in a quality coaching role is a plusProficient in Windows-based computer skills and Microsoft Office applicationsStrict adherence to HIPAA-related confidentiality standards
