A company is looking for an Administrator for Global Customer Support.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess customer orders, including quotes, sales orders, and return material authorizationsServe as a liaison between customers and internal teams to enhance service and productivityManage customer requests, track issues, and ensure timely resolution and satisfactionRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or an Analytical fieldMinimum of one year of customer-facing support or sales experienceExperience in service / customer support within a high-technology instrumentation company is preferredProficiency in MS Office and familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is desirableAbility to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
