A company is looking for a Loan Closer - Home Equity.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure files and documents meet company, investor, and compliance requirementsSchedule loan closings with borrowers and prepare closing documentsProcess a minimum of 3 files per day and coordinate with other departments for closing correctionsRequired QualificationsMinimum 2-3 years of closing experienceKnowledge of TRID guidelinesExperience with conventional, FHA / VA, and 2nd lien loans is a plusFamiliarity with Encompass preferredDetail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
