A company is looking for a UI / UX Designer.Key ResponsibilitiesDesigning web, desktop, mobile, and embedded products from scratch while incorporating UI / UX best practicesNegotiating and explaining requirements, business objectives, and technical issues with clients, PMs, and development teamsDeveloping UI / UX design documentation and validating implementation, while mentoring junior designers as neededRequired QualificationsAt least 4 years of experience as a UI / UX designer with a focus on web and mobile interfacesProficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe CCStrong knowledge of Atomic Design principles and experience in building complex design systemsFamiliarity with Material / HIG guidelines and responsive web design requirementsGood understanding of the software development process and an Upper-Intermediate level of English
