They interact directly with school personnel and are responsible for the setup and configuration of new devices in school districts.
Duties:
- Site Assessment: Evaluate potential installation sites, ensuring optimum configuration and identifying any challenges.
- Equipment Preparation: Unpack, inspect, and prepare equipment for installation, organizing tools and materials efficiently.
- Installation: Ensure equipment is securely and correctly installed according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Configuration: Calibrate and update systems for optimal performance, including necessary software or firmware updates.
- System Testing: Conduct thorough diagnostic tests and troubleshoot any issues to guarantee equipment functionality.
- Client Training: Provide comprehensive training to clients on equipment use, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of installations, including equipment details, challenges, and solutions.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and protocols, ensuring a safe work environment.
- Maintenance & Repairs: Conduct routine maintenance checks and respond promptly to assigned repair tickets.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest installation techniques and provide feedback for product and workflow improvements.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow technicians, sharing insights and assisting with complex issues.
- Inventory Management: Manage tools and spare parts, ensuring their availability and functionality.
- Client Interaction: Coordinate with clients regarding schedules, understand specific requirements, and address any concerns.
- Clean-Up: Guarantee a clean and orderly installation site post-work.
- Reporting: Submit regular reports on activities and provide valuable feedback on client interactions.

- Physical Endurance: Capable of handling a physically demanding workload and adapting to various on-site conditions.
- Heavy Lifting: Comfortable with lifting and transporting items weighing 50 pounds routinely.
- Stamina: Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods, especially during demanding projects.
- Team Player: Efficient in both independent and collaborative settings to achieve shift goals and project objectives.
- Tool Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with essential hand and power tools necessary for installation and setup tasks.
- Organizational Skills: Exhibits meticulous work habits and can coordinate tasks in a structured and systematic manner.
- Desirable Skills: A background in warehouse operations and a fundamental understanding of tech principles are added advantages.
- Clean Driving Record: Holds a valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding customer service skills are crucial, as is the ability to communicate effectively with customers, office staff, managers, and team leaders.

Requirements
- Background Check: All candidates should be prepared to undergo and pass a comprehensive background check to ensure the safety and integrity of our operations.
- Travel Requirement: Willingness and flexibility to travel across all states in the US with a minimum of 2 weeks' advance notice.
