Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team. The Dishwasher will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods.
Responsibilities:
- Load, run, and unload dish machine. - Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems. - Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware. - Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen. - Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas. - Assist with food preparation as needed.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required. - Knowledge of proper food handling procedures. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Skills:
- Ability to work well in a team environment. - Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils. - Understanding of safety and sanitation guidelines in a kitchen setting. - Willingness to assist with various tasks as needed.
