Local Assisted Living Community is currently seeking an LPN to oversee and assist with healthcare operations of an Assisted Living community to ensure that the needs of our residents are being met. Seeking a compassionate, patient, kind, team member. Responsibilities include that residents are treated with respect and that they receive prompt, quality care as their healthcare needs change. Includes working closely with Community Director, Resident Care Coordinator, physician’s, home health, PT and OT, pharmacies and families. Leadership abilities a must, modeling a positive team member attitude with regard to the safety and needs of the residents, staff and the community.
Full time position
FL active LPN license required
Level II clearance with AHCA required
