Job Description
VRG is looking for a qualified Executive Assistant that will work closely with the president of the company. The assistant will gain comprehensive experience working within real estate sales and management business in New York City. This role will commence virtually but will change to locally in NYC in next 6 months to 1 year. You must be in the New York Metropolitan area for consideration.
Duties and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- General administrative support and daily client coordination
- Calendar Management, scheduling and coordination between clients and brokers
- CRM management, addition of prospects and update of task lists for projects and deals
- Market Research and Property identification task
- Listing Management for team
- Showing Logistics and Coordination
- Basic Prospecting activities online
- Vendor management and coordination for digital and marketing activities including but not limited to social media, graphic design, blog writing, SEO/SEM, database development and more
- Package development for customers and deals
- Budgeting, invoice review and bill payments
- Limited professional errands
- Excellent writing and editing capabilities
Qualifications
- Valid Drivers License
- NY Real Estate License preferred
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Multi-Lingual is a plus (Spanish, French or Mandarin)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment
- Proficiency in Apple and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Dog Friendly
