What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Support Professional Caregiver- Monday- Friday 9am- 4pm position at VIRTUOUS INC?

3. Assist with the development of independent living skills such as mobility, budgeting, community integration, accessing community resources and personal hygiene.
4. Provide monitoring as indicated in the Person-Centered Plan.
5. Complete appropriate reports and records.
6. Assist with preparing meals as needed.
7. Use only approved crisis intervention techniques in emergency situations where an immediate health and/or safety concern is present.
8. Treats individuals serviced with dignity and respect at all time.
9. Ensure medications are administered in accordance with the MTTP.
10. Assumes other duties, responsibilities as needed and as agreed upon by management.
