Role-SAP C4C Functional Position
Location-Dallas,TX(Remote)
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in SAP C4C functional consulting or SAP CRM.
- Business Process Knowledge: Strong knowledge of CRM business processes, including Sales, Service, and Marketing.
- SAP C4C Configuration: Hands-on experience in configuring SAP C4C, including workflows, business rules, and integration with other SAP modules.
- Integration Knowledge: Experience integrating SAP C4C with other SAP solutions (SAP ECC, S/4HANA, etc.) or third-party applications.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to understand business needs and translate them into functional SAP C4C solutions.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with business stakeholders and technical teams effectively.
- Certifications: SAP C4C Certification (preferred), SAP CRM or similar certifications are a plus.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, with strong project management and organizational skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of data migration, web services, and SAP integration frameworks is advantageous.
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP Cloud Platform.
