- Model, Mentor and Inspire – Provide clinical leadership, mentorship and supervision to a team of Registered Behavior Technicians ensuring outstanding quality care.

- Administrative support provided to maintain the clinical schedule that you request for the team to have in place.
- Ability to transfer to other Virtus Health locations based on availability.
- No evening or weekend work – working hours are Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 4:30 PM.
