Job Description
The Regional Director will be responsible for overseeing the quality of care and service delivery in the Southwest Florida Region, which includes Naples, Fort Myers, Port Charlotte, and North Port. As a key member of our leadership team, you will:
- Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to a team of Lead BCBAs and BCBAs.
- Use cutting-edge technology to create individualized treatment plans that drive effective outcomes.
- Collaborate with other clinical leaders to share best practices and achieve our shared goals.
- Grow your expertise through ongoing training and support.
In this role, you will also be responsible for:
- Oversight of daily operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote excellence in care delivery.
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Identification and mitigation of risks associated with care delivery.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Master's degree in Behavioral Health or a related field.
- Current BCBA credentials.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a BCBA, with at least 2 years of leadership experience.
- Excellent coaching, mentoring, and communication skills.
- A willingness to travel within the region as needed.
