Regional Director Role
The Regional Director (BCBA) is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) responsible for overseeing the quality of care and service delivery of a Region. Lead BCBAs and BCBAs report to the Regional Director.
About the Southwest Florida Region
This position posting is for the Southwest Florida Region, covering Naples, Fort Myers, Port Charlotte, and North Port, FL.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Clinical Leadership: Model, mentor, and inspire a team of Lead BCBAs and BCBAs to provide outstanding quality care.
- Utilize Technology: Lead the Region in creating high-quality customized individual treatment plans using Central Reach.
- Collaborate with Clinical Leaders: Be part of a team dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children served.
- Grow as a Clinical Leader: Receive ongoing training, support, and an annual CEU stipend ($1,200).
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide oversight to Lead BCBAs, BCBAs, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure quality care standards.
- Support Lead BCBAs in training and supervising RBTs and BCaBAs.
- Audit Treatment and Individualized Behavior Intervention Plans to ensure quality standards are met.
- Conduct reviews and assist with insurance review calls/meetings as needed.
- Oversee tracking and submission of Treatment and BIPs according to deadlines.
- Provide guidance on peer review procedures and participate in designated review committees.
- Evaluate incident reports, communicate with BCBAs, and elevate communication when needed.
- Conduct Lead BCBA performance reviews annually and more frequently as needed.
- Support coordination and/or provide coverage for BCBAs using PTO or transitioning.
- Direct training and support for newly hired BCBAs.
- Monitor BCBA/center schedules to maximize utilization and billable hours.
- Conduct center safety and compliance checks quarterly.

Requirements
- Passionate about working with children.
- 5 years of experience as a BCBA, preferably with 2 years of BCBA leadership experience.
- Current BCBA credentials required.
- Willing and able to travel to all locations within the Region where care is provided.
- Masters in Behavioral Health or related field required.
- Outstanding coaching, mentoring, and communication skills required.
