Virtus Healthcare Staffing is engaged in a search for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) on behalf of our partner, a well-established Pediatric Therapy Center located in Lansing, MI. The center is dedicated to providing comprehensive behavioral therapy services to children and their families in a supportive and caring environment.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate BCBA to join the team and provide direct behavior analysis services. This individual will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized behavior intervention plans. Candidates with leadership potential and fluency in foreign languages are highly encouraged to apply, with an opportunity for increased base pay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, and provide direct ABA services to children with developmental disabilities.
- Supervise and train Behavior Technicians in the implementation of ABA programs, including Discrete Trial Training (DTT).
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to promote skill generalization in the home and community.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, reports, and updates regarding client progress.
- Participate in clinical team meetings to discuss client cases and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
- Engage in leadership and management functions when required, contributing to the overall direction of the clinical program.
Required Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or Master's degree with completion of ABA coursework.
- Knowledge of ABA and Discrete Trial Training (DTT).
- Valid driver's license and reliable form of insured transportation.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; Fluency in a foreign language is a plus.
- Must possess excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Aptitude for higher-level management functions when necessary.
- Ability to communicate with team members regarding schedules and client needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual/Multilingual candidates will have the opportunity for increased base pay.

- QBHP certification (preferred)
