Location: Limerick, PA

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment.
- Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Develop and implement treatment plans.
- Build strong patient relationships and provide education and support.
- Collaborate effectively with nurses and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using the EPIC EMR system.
- Stay up-to-date on advancements in family medicine through CME activities.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- A valid PA Medical License or the ability to obtain one.
