Lead the Way in Ambulatory Surgical Care
As Surgery Center Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and operational oversight of the surgery center. This key leadership role requires a strong understanding of ambulatory surgery center operations, an unwavering focus on patient safety and quality, and the ability to drive operational and financial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of surgery center operations, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Financial Performance: Develop and manage the surgery center budget, monitoring expenses, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue.
- Clinical Leadership: Ensure the provision of high-quality patient care, adhering to clinical protocols and best practices.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and supervise surgery center staff, including nurses, surgical technicians, and support personnel.
- Physician Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with physicians and other stakeholders.
- Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to grow the surgery center's service offerings and market share.
- Quality Improvement: Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and outcomes.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including Joint Commission standards, Medicare Conditions of Participation, and state regulations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Nursing or Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in a top administrative or management position in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) or hospital surgical setting.
