Virtus Healthcare Staffing is partnering with a leading Level II Trauma Center in Pocatello, Idaho, to find a skilled and dedicated Radiology Technologist to join their dynamic team. This is a full-time position with variable day and evening shifts as needed.

Position Overview:

As a Radiology Technologist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care by performing a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnoses. This role requires a strong understanding of radiographic principles, excellent technical skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform radiographic examinations according to established procedures and protocols.
• Position patients correctly and ensure optimal image quality.
• Operate and maintain radiographic equipment.
• Adhere to radiation safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.

Qualifications:

• ARRT (R) certification is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care experience.
• Strong understanding of radiographic principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
