Virtus Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled and compassionate Telemetry RN to join the team at a Level II Adult & Level III Pediatric Trauma Center in Everett, WA. This facility includes a Level II Trauma Rehabilitation Hospital and features 571 licensed beds, providing comprehensive, high-acuity care.
= Provide Specialized Cardiac CareAs a Telemetry RN, you will monitor and care for patients with cardiac conditions, ensuring their safety and well-being through continuous cardiac monitoring, medication administration, and rapid response to emergencies. This role requires clinical expertise, strong critical-thinking skills, and a commitment to high-quality patient care.
=9 Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and cardiac rhythm monitoring.
Assess patient conditions, identify changes in status, and intervene appropriately.
Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to patient needs.
Educate patients and families about their conditions, treatment, and self-care strategies.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols.
Engage in ongoing professional development and education.
Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Experience: 1 year of nursing experience (Telemetry or related specialty preferred).
License: Washington RN License (upon hire).
Certifications: BLS - American Heart Association (upon hire).
< National Certification in Telemetry or related specialty (preferred upon hire).
