- CNC Med-Surg: 1 Full-Time Night Shift (7p-7a) Rotating Weekends
- CNC Ortho/Neuro Trauma: 1 Full-Time Night Shift (7p-7a) Rotating Weekends
- CNC Inpatient Oncology: 1 Full-Time Night Shift (7p-7a) Rotating Weekends
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of patient care delivery during your shift.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
- Manage patient flow and bed assignments, ensuring efficient unit operations.
- Respond to emergencies and critical situations, providing expert clinical guidance.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Active Missouri RN License or Compact Licensure (Required)
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN) (Required)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) (Preferred)
- 3 years of recent acute care unit experience (Required)
- 2 years of experience as a Charge Nurse or higher (Required)
- ACLS and BLS certifications (Required)
- ONS certification (Preferred)
- 2 years of recent experience in an acute care Oncology unit (Preferred)
