Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultation to nurses and healthcare professionals on the care of patients with cardiovascular conditions.
- Plan and deliver both formal and informal education programs to enhance the professional and technical competence of nursing staff.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement evidence-based practices and protocols that drive improved patient outcomes.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and engage in research activities to advance the care of cardiovascular patients.

- Education: Master's Degree in Nursing.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in cardiovascular nursing.
- Licensure: California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- Certifications:
- BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire.
- Certification from a national professional specialty organization within 3 years of hire.
