- Procedures: Assist with and perform procedures such as intubation, ventilation, and line placements.
- Education: Educate parents and families about their newborn's condition, treatment plan, and ongoing care needs.
- NBN Coverage: Provide newborn care in the Newborn Nursery as part of your responsibilities.
- Required:
- Master's Degree in Nursing with a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner specialization.
- Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC).
- Current and unrestricted RN license in South Carolina.
- 2 years of recent NNP experience in a Level III or IV NICU (excluding RN experience).
- Full-Time: 7-8 shifts per month, 24-hour shifts.
- Locations: Work at both hospital sites for scheduling flexibility.
- This is a permanent, full-time position that requires residency within the immediate local area. Relocation may be required.
- Not accepting locum tenens or new graduate candidates.
