Responsibilities
=8 Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

=8 Monitor telemetry, interpret cardiac rhythms, and respond to changes in patient conditions.
=8 Administer medications and educate patients and families.
=8 Advocate for patient autonomy, dignity, and rights.
=8 Integrate evidence-based practice and promote continuous learning.
=8 Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal outcomes.
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Washington RN License (upon hire).
BLS American Heart Association (upon hire).
NRP American Academy of Pediatrics (upon hire).
1 year of nursing experience.
Preferred Qualifications
P National Certification in telemetry or a related specialty.
