Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and oversight for Women's Services, ensuring high standards of care.
Manage staffing, recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for nursing personnel.
Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Lead initiatives to enhance patient safety, quality improvement, and clinical outcomes.
Foster professional development opportunities and create a collaborative work environment.
Ensure 24/7 accountability for nursing operations within assigned units.

Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree required (BSN preferred; Master's highly desirable).
- Active RN license in North Carolina
- BLS required
- Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) required
- 5 years of RN experience
- 2 years in a leadership or management role preferred Skills: Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication abilities.
