Key Responsibilities
Lead & manage the Post-Surgical and Neuroscience Units, ensuring high standards of patient care.
Oversee staffing, training, and resource management to maintain operational efficiency.

Monitor and improve performance metrics, enhancing patient outcomes and quality of care.
Mentor and support nursing staff, fostering professional development and team collaboration.

Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree required (BSN preferred; Master's highly desirable).
- Active RN license in North Carolina
- BLS required; ACLS preferred
- 5 years of RN experience
- 2 years in a leadership or management role preferred Skills: Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication abilities.
