Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate and personalized nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments, monitor patient response, and document accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless and holistic care.
- Educate patients and families on their condition, treatment plan, and self-care strategies.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
- Must-Haves:
- Associate of Science Degree in Nursing
- Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse Licensure
- Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers
- Current ACLS certification for HealthCare Providers or within 6 months of hire
- Nice to Haves:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing
- Three years of current critical care RN experience
- Current CMSRN certification or within 2 years of hire
- Sign-on Bonus: $20,000 ($19,900 paid out within 30 days of start, $100 at 24 months)
