Role: Product Manager
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in Product Management, Lean Portfolio Management, or Project Management with a proven track record of:
- Defining winning product constructs
- Delivering a product roadmap
- Experience in Payments and/or Digital Banking (preferred but not required)
- In-depth knowledge of Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies and lean processes
- Proven ability to manage large, complex products with multiple partners
- Strong relationship-building skills:
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across all levels within the organization, internally and externally
- Effective in engaging and influencing both technical and non-technical teams in a global organization
- Ability to predict and identify risks/opportunities from interdependencies of product deliveries
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
Preferred Knowledge:
- Financial services industry, banking industry, and associated products
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Marketing (highly preferred)
