Title: Lead ServiceNow Developer
Duration: Full Time ( Hybrid)
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Experience:
- 7 years of experience in ServiceNow development, including hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or custom applications.
- 3 years of experience in a lead or senior developer role, overseeing the technical development and implementation of complex ServiceNow projects.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering solutions across multiple ServiceNow modules and domains.
- Skills:
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Glide scripting, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Flow Designer.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow APIs (REST, SOAP) and experience integrating third-party applications.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow data models, workflows, catalog items, and CMDB.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS) and experience with ServiceNow s Service Portal and UI Builder.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex platform and integration issues.
- Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, and Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD) are highly desirable.
