Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in project management/Lead expertise. The ideal candidate will have minimum 10 years of professional experience, including 3 years recent working expertise with ServiceNow
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Collaboration: Lead teams effectively and collaborate seamlessly with both offshore and client team members.
- ServiceNow Expertise:
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including development, issue analysis, troubleshooting, upgrades, and patching.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow functionality and domain knowledge.
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering ServiceNow projects and programs.
- Configuration Integration of ServiceNow with external tools using Web Services REST APIs
- Strong knowledge on ServiceNow platform and support complex projects.
- Train and mentor junior developers.
- Must have experience on ITSM ITAM ITOM
