What are the responsibilities and job description for the Actimize Lead position at Virtusa?
As an Actimize Tech Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and leading complex implementations on the NICE Actimize platform. You will provide technical leadership, oversee solution architecture, guide junior developers, and ensure seamless integration with surrounding systems. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Actimize solutions and solid experience in AIS/RCM development, plugin customization, alert management, and data integration across platforms.
Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of Actimize-based financial crime and compliance solutions.
Manage full life cycle implementation including requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Design and develop custom modules using Actimize AIS, RCM, and plugin frameworks.
Oversee development of alerts, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
Customize and configure components within ActOne, IFM, XDT, and Actimize Watch.
Optimize data models and backend logic including stored procedures, DB views, and SQL query tuning.
Guide teams in RCM and AIS configurations such as EPs, Channels, Active Tables, and VFS.
Develop and maintain plugins, schedulers, and UDM-based data feeds.
Interface with business and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth alert distribution and case management.
Support integration with enterprise systems and ensure system scalability and reliability.
Utilize Unix/Linux commands for deployments and troubleshooting.
Apply Object-Oriented and Functional Programming concepts in development where applicable.
Provide leadership on DevOps practices and production support readiness.
Ensure documentation, code quality, and adherence to architectural standards.
