Job Description
Software Development & Maintenance
- Design, develop, and maintain system software for operating systems, networked environments, and databases.
- Implement software solutions that align with business needs and performance expectations.
- Perform code optimization and fine-tuning to enhance efficiency and stability.
- Evaluate system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
- Troubleshoot software issues and apply fixes or enhancements as needed.
- Ensure software integration with hardware components and other applications.
- Develop and execute system testing and validation procedures.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, best practices, and company policies.
- Monitor and resolve software defects throughout the development lifecycle.
- Work with engineering teams to define technical specifications and system requirements.
- Provide technical guidance on software maintenance and optimization.
- Advise customers or internal teams on software system design, functionality, and updates.
- Maintain clear documentation for software development, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and solutions to stakeholders.
- Participate in the development of best practices and coding standards.
Programming & Development
- Expertise in Java, J2EE, SQL, and other relevant development technologies.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system integration.
- Experience developing and maintaining enterprise-level software systems.
- Hands-on experience with full SDLC, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Ability to write functional and technical specifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong ability to work independently.
- Experience with SDLC and PMLC methodologies.
