Job Title : ServiceNow ITSM Technical Lead (Hybrid Onsite - Philadelphia, PA)
Location : Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid Onsite - Remote or Overseas candidates will not be considered)

Technical Requirements and Responsibilities :
- ServiceNow ITSM Expertise :
Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM within Telecom or a similar technology-driven environment.
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform administration including system upgrades, patching, and overall maintenance.
Oversee incident and problem management processes, ensuring rapid resolution and performing root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and ITIL processes to support and enhance ITSM practices.
Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow engineers, offering technical guidance and fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to seamlessly integrate ServiceNow solutions into broader project initiatives and support strategies.
Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities.
Convey complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
