We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) collections to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support while efficiently managing the collections process. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the office, including managing calendars, scheduling interviews, and handling phone calls and visitors.
- Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned.
- Reconcile travel expenses.
Customer Relations:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to facilitate smooth communication
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or business administration is a plus.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
