Job Brief

The goal of Client Partner is to build a culture of relationships with clients based on trust and value. This helps create strong barriers to competition. Clients who know they can trust a particular business are more likely to remain and expand even if a less familiar or less trusted competitor offers a lower price.

The Client Partner will organize and orchestrate product deployment, training, planned maintenance, marketing and other services to help clients get better and more efficient use from products or services leveraging their teammates across organizations.

The Client Partner will work directly with clients’ senior executives, clinical leaders, technical leaders, and others who make or influence business decisions. They also work directly with clients to address problems or overcome other obstacles.

VSTBalance

Partner with the leadership team of wellness coordinators, physical therapists, medical assistants, and other providers of care for the successful rollout, use and eventual patient outcomes of VSTBalance in balance, gait, and function that ultimately leads to reduction in falls.

VSTAlert

Partner with the leadership team of Long Term Care, Post-Acute, Senior Living, Skilled Nursing and other professional caregivers for the successful rollout, use and eventual patient outcomes of VSTAlert in fall prevention and fall detection that ultimately leads to reduction in falls

VSTOne

Partner with the leadership team of hospitals, post-acute and other nurses and professional caregivers for the successful rollout, use and eventual patient outcomes of VSTOne in fall prevention, vitals monitoring and video visits that ultimately leads to reduction in falls and adverse health events.

Responsibilities

  • Put the client first in all interactions both internally and externally.
  • Monitor industry trends to identify new expansion opportunities and to brief the product development and sales teams to meet client needs.
  • Research competitor trends and assess potential threats to the company’s relationships with clients.
  • Orchestrate and ensure detail oriented client deployments through program plans and leveraging other teammates and organizations for product training, installations, and application support.
  • Act as the single point of contact to develop positive relationships and respond to client queries.
  • Monitor and report client usage metrics (e.g. weekly/monthly results and quarterly/annual forecasts) at frontline level and executive level.
  • Suggest actions to improve performance and identify opportunities for expansion, cross-sell and growth.
  • Inform clients about new product features and functionalities.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure any product or technical issues are resolved.
  • Create forums to gather client feedback with our UX, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
  • Assist in training new Client Partners
  • Initiate and coordinate with special projects that add value or improve product or operations. nnbb
  • Champion high standards of teamwork and collaboration internally

Requirements

  • PTA or similar experience
  • Experience in relationship management or general management in a complex customer or client servicing environment
  • Travel 25%
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with healthcare setting preferred (PCP, outpatient clinics, senior living, post-acute, hospitals)
  • Experience in onboarding new clientele and retaining existing clientele

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
