Job Description :
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic medical practice team. The primary role of the Business Development Manager is to establish long-term, trusting relationships with healthcare customers, manage a portfolio of clients, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a marketing plan to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual growth targets.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of Vis-À-Vis Health’s vision, mission, values, and services.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, and more.
- Represent the agency in a professional, competent, and responsive manner.
- Conduct at least five referral source visits per day, maintaining close relationships with them.
- Provide prompt responses and updates to referral sources.
- Track and manage referrals by account.
- Facilitate onboarding of patients by keeping in close contact with referral sources.
- Qualify referrals through outbound calling or in-person visits.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Build brand awareness through referral source contacts, conferences, and community education efforts.
- Participate in conferences, tradeshows, and marketing events promoting the company.
- Attend weekly growth meetings.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Required Skills / Abilities :
Education and Experience :
Must have at least 2 years of experience marketing in health care
BA / BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
Benefits :Salary Range : $75,000 - $85,000 per year / Bonus commission
Work Location : Region-specific. Must reside in the state of TX, NJ or PA.

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
