Manager Value-Added Services Strategy

The role will support the Senior Director of ValueAdded Services Strategy & Planning across a range of strategy operations and planning activities. Time spent on these areas will shift based on business needs. The Manager will own workstreams of key strategic initiatives (e.g. longrange strategy development portfolio diagnostics client and leadership forums) and ensure the ValueAdded Services leadership team is equipped with the data and insights to meet growth imperatives.

Strong candidates are versatile team players who learn fast have high EQ and IQ and carry a demonstrated record of driving workstreams while managing a multitude of senior stakeholders.

Essential Functions

• Guide the ValueAdded Services strategic planning process ensuring alignment with the companys mission and objectives
• Lead workstreams / projects related to multiyear strategy development and assessments of significant opportunities including potential acquisitions and threats
• Structure and solve business problems collaborating with a range of internal stakeholders to make recommendations on issues with farreaching business impact
• Communicate recommendations to senior management other executive functional or regional teams and management in a clear concise and impactful way
• Support ValueAdded Services senior leadership team by developing thought leadership for internal executive meetings and external client councils / forums
• Manage daytoday project and team activities to meet milestones and timelines while reporting on the progress of strategic initiatives to senior leadership
• Execute market and competitive research and connect trends to business goals synthesizing research into consumable strategy outputs
• Proactively manage upwards to preempt critical business opportunities and challenges

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 23 set days a week (determined by leadership / site) with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Travel Requirements : This position requires travel 510% of the time.

Mental / Physical Requirements : This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY : The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 138500.00 to 180700.00 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on jobrelated factors which may include knowledge skills experience and location. In addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
