What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Manager People Analytics Generative AI Platform position at Visa?
As the Senior Manager for the People Analytics AI Platform you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our Generative AI strategy and roadmap for the People Team. This role involves working within an agile framework and utilizing JIRA tools and processes to track and log progress. You will be driving the development of both chatbot and generative AI solutions to deliver connected and enriched employee experiences. The focus will be to strengthen the relationship our employees have with our People analytics and metrics by simplifying and enhancing the employeedata interact model. Additional responsibilities will include defining the key success criteria and metrics to demonstrate the ROI of all created solutions tracking the implementation of the Generative AI solution and supporting ongoing adoption and change management. Working closely with our People Technology team you will manage the entire lifecycle of the product from inception to maintenance. Key Duties :
- Define and manage the implementation of the Chatbot and Generative AI strategy and product roadmap leveraging your experience with Generative AIbased applications.
- Drive the development of Generative AI solutions that deliver connected employee experiences.
- Define key success criteria and metrics to demonstrate the ROI of created solutions.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle creating custom solutions from inception to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
- Track the adoption of the Generative AI solution and support ongoing adoption and change management.
- Collaborate with the People Technology team utilizing agile principles and JIRA tools to manage product development.
- Gather prioritize and articulate product and customer requirements working with key stakeholders to define the product vision.
- Stay up to date with AI and machine learning trends applying this knowledge to the continuous improvement of the platform capabilities and products.
- Lead crossfunctional teams to execute the product roadmap ensuring products are delivered on time and within budget.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY : The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 134900.00 to 195750.00 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on jobrelated factors which may include knowledge skills experience and location. In addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
