Job duties and projects could include :
As a Research Intern you will engage in advanced research projects aimed at pushing the boundaries of Generative AI. Your responsibilities will encompass conducting comprehensive literature reviews to identify gaps and opportunities in existing research designing and implementing complex AI models and experimenting with novel algorithms. You will work closely with senior researchers to analyze experimental results refine models and optimize performance. A significant part of your role will involve drafting and coauthoring research papers for submission to toptier conferences and journals contributing to the academic community. Additionally you will present your findings in internal seminars collaborate with crossfunctional teams and potentially develop applications that showcase the practical impact of your research.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY : The estimated hourly range for a new hire into this position is $46 / hr to $52 / hr which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on jobrelated factors which may include knowledge skills experience and location. In addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical Dental Vision 401 (k) FSA / HSA Life Insurance Paid Time Off and Wellness Program.
Work Hours : Varies upon the needs of the department.
This is a hybrid position : Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Travel Requirements : This position requires travel 510% of the time.
Mental / Physical Requirements : This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.
