Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Cashier/Stocker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while efficiently handling transactions and maintaining stock levels. Responsibilities
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting with inquiries.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems.
- Upsell products to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Stock shelves and ensure products are displayed neatly and organized.
- Perform basic math calculations for cash handling and register operations.
- Assist in supervising store operations during shifts as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and stockroom.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating cash registers.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on upselling techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while supervising when necessary.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
