We are looking for a Growth Manager to take the lead of some of our exciting growth projects.
As a cross functional role, you will be creating & coordinating key strategic projects working closely with SEO, marketing, data, tech and product teams transforming insights into implemented actions. This role is super exciting as it means you will be in charge of some key exciting & new projects, working autonomously with different areas stakeholders

Your Responsibilities & Tasks
- Identify growth opportunities in our products/customer acquisition and implement your suggestions via end-to-end project management (SEO, Content, Email Mkt, Inbound, Paid acquisition, Data, Product). Test & learn methodology.
- Understand the complete purchasing funnel our products and coordinate actions that improve conversions.
- Highlight potential risks and act proactively to resolve issues.
- Maintain active monitoring of competitors / industries, automating reports if possible.
- Detect and analyse Website Targets for potential acquisition (think M&A).
- Monitor and report on agreed performance KPIs.
- Document your progress / learnings / best practices / analysis.
- Follow up on strategic projects with stakeholders management.
- Ensure cross-departmental alignment with company goals in mind.
Technical Skills:
- At least 3 years' work experience in a similar role in a dynamic digital company.
- Great understanding / experience of SEO, Content Marketing, Paid Acquisition and Digital strategies in general.
- Great understanding of Product Management.
- Analytical background and really comfortable with data.
- Concrete / hands-on / operationally motivated.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
- Proactive and detail-oriented.
- Able to work autonomously and to take initiatives.
- Communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Be used to working in multidisciplinary team.
- Smart, energetic, team player, driven with high attention to detail.
- Languages: advanced level of English (official working language in the office). Spanish / French is a great bonus to better understand our team/our products.
