We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily operations in an entry-level role. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate or someone entering the workforce who wants to build valuable office experience. You?ll assist mainly the Controller with paperwork, filing, monthly billing and administrative tasks as well as collaborating with team members on various projects and tasks, providing support and ensuring successful project completion. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. QuickBooks experience is helpful.
Key Responsibilities:
? Communicate with clients via phone and email.
? Manage paperwork, filing, organizing files, billing, receiving packages and office documentation.
? Perform basic financial and administrative tasks (QuickBooks training provided).
? Enter data, and general office duties. Managing office supplies and preparing conference room for meetings, as well as handling correspondence.
Required Skills:
? Fluent in English
? Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
? Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Be a self-starter who can execute tasks efficiently with minimal supervision
Preferred:
? Office or administrative experience.
? QuickBooks knowledge or basic bookkeeping skills.
This is an annual salary full time position in the office.
