Overview
This is a hybrid position and the candidate will be onsite 3 days per week at one of the following sites : Goshen, CA, Boulder, CO, and Kansas City, MO.
A successful candidate will have PLANFUL EXPERIENCE.
This position will be responsible for performing monthly consolidation across multiple companies, maintaining and creating reports in Planful, and assisting with the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
Responsibilities
- Perform monthly consolidation across multiple companies including loading data and preparing journal entries in Planful- Maintain existing Planful reports and create new Planful reports as needed- Assist in annual budget and quarterly forecast process including maintaining existing input templates and creating new input templates as needed within Planful- Provide Planful support to department managers and accounting department- Perform Planful administrative tasks including managing security, documenting processes, and training end users- Maintain master chart of accounts across all operating companies- Reconcile Planful data to various general ledgers and investigate variances- Facilitate maintenance of Boomi integrations with internal IT department and Planful partner including troubleshooting errors
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related field is required. - A minimum of five years of finance, accounting or other related business experience is required. - Previous experience with Planful including system administration, reporting, and planning.
Skills
- Ability to learn ERP systems including proprietary products. Previous experience with Syspro and Agris a plus.- Advanced MS Excel skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Oriented towards process improvement.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Team player, with a positive, can do attitude who works well with employees at all levels of the organization.
The pay range for this position is $100,000-$120,000/year.
