Position : Cloud Platform Engineer
Location : 2640 W 1700 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84104
Duration : 12 Months Contract
Interview Mode : Video
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products.
- Configure and support services running on various platforms to ensure seamless IT infrastructure operations.
- Offer hardware / software support and implement operating system-level technology across server and network areas.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 issues efficiently, addressing basic to intermediate challenges.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) by collaborating, managing teams, and contributing to team decisions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions and drive impactful decisions.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance system performance and optimize efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in infrastructure engineering.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members on infrastructure engineering best practices.
