About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced SAP Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of new applications and support existing SAP solutions for a leading oil and gas company . The company relies on SAP for its end-to-end operational processes , covering both offshore and onsite operations in oil fields and wells. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of SAP initiatives while aligning with business objectives.
The SAP landscape includes, but is not limited to, SAP MM, SAP SuccessFactors , and SAP Plant Maintenance , supporting critical business functions.
This position is based in Houston and requires working from the office five days a week to engage with key stakeholders and drive project success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee SAP project delivery, ensuring high-quality implementation and support.
- Act as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and SAP teams, translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Manage and coordinate efforts between the nearshore team in Calgary and the offshore team in Bangalore .
- Ensure alignment of SAP initiatives with business goals and operational requirements.
- Drive continuous improvements in SAP-related processes and system performance.
- Provide leadership in issue resolution, risk management, and change management.
- Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
