Position: Technical Project Manager
Location: Sunrise, FL (Hybrid) (local) Duration: 6 Months Contract
Interview Mode: Video
MUST HAVE:
- Must have experience managed software applications. Preferably UI React Front End Projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Prior background in project management and scrum master roles in technology industry
- Experience working with Agile methodologies (scrum), certification a plus
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Tech, Design, Analytics, Product, Marketing, etc.)
- Experience with complex technology and product development with a basic understanding of web technology and front-end development frameworks (e.g. React, Node, etc.)
- In-depth experience with JIRA for workflow management
- Experience working in both an enterprise and start-up environment preferred
- Experience developing dashboards and reports to provide visibility into business value achieved / operational progress
- Relentless desire to continually iterate and improve
- Passion and advocacy for a customer-first approach
- Strong executive presence and interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate challenges
- Ability to be self-sufficient, prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
- Comfortable leveraging Slack, JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub
- Proactive team player with a passion to consistently deliver a high-quality product and exceed customers expectations
- Excellent communication skills; verbal, written
- Excellent relationship building, presentation, and collaboration skills
