Position: Principal DevOps Engineer
Location: Baltimore MD, Charlotte NC, Wilmington DE, Evansville IN, or Dallas/Fort Worth TX (Hybrid) Duration: 6 Months Contract to Hire

QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA/BS degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; advanced degree desired.
- 8 years of experience in a Sr DevOps role showing progressive experience with at least 3 years as a DevOps Principal Engineer
- Strong engineering, communication, operational and organizational skills. Proven ability to recruit, motivate and mentor geographically distributed high-performing teams.
- Experienced in streamlining and modernizing OnPrem data centers by adopting a unified DevOps approach across the public and private cloud with containerization and infrastructure as code.
- Experience in the design and build out of the DevOps platform with integrations to a curated set of tools exposed as interfaces and advanced but easy-to-manage logging, alerting, and monitoring strategies for full stack observability and quick problem resolution
- Strong troubleshooting and process management skills.
