Job Title: Registered Nurse - Med/Surg
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: 13 weeks, with potential for extension
Tentative Hours: 36 hours per week (12 hours per day, 3 days a week)
Shift: Rotational - Day/Night/Weekend/Holiday 2 On-Call shifts per 4 weeks (
Position Details
Education: Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license
Mandatory documents/certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) (All certifications must be AHA or RQI-approved)
Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in managing medical-surgical patient care
Key Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical skills for assessment and data interpretation
- Proficiency in medication administration and technical interventions
Pay Details:
For local (Non Travellers):
Hourly Rate: $58/hour
Weekly Pay: $2088/week
For Travellers:
Hourly Rate: $62/hour
Weekly Pay: $2232/week
Non-Taxable: $1246/week
Taxable: $986/week
