Job Description:
Primary job duties/responsibilities:
Define the architecture and integration strategy for EDI, API, and other data exchange requirements using the Seeburger BIS platform.
Create tailored solutions for business processes, ensuring efficient data flows between internal systems and external partners.
Oversee implementation projects, guide development teams, and ensure adherence to best practices.
Explore and implement new features and capabilities of the Seeburger platform to improve operational efficiency.
Design integration solutions using Seeburger BIS to align with business objectives and IT strategy.
Create scalable, secure, and robust integration architectures that support business growth.
Develop standards, frameworks, and guidelines for Seeburger implementation.
Configure and deploy Seeburger BIS modules, including EDI, MFT, and API management.
Set up partner profiles, trading relationships, and communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, HTTP, etc.).
Ensure successful onboarding of trading partners.
Design and implement mappings and transformations using Seeburger tools to connect disparate systems.
Develop workflows for automated data exchange processes.
Lead Seeburger implementation or upgrade projects from initiation to delivery.
Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Monitor the performance of integrations and resolve system issues proactively.
Optimize system configurations to improve throughput and reliability.
Provide second or third-level support for Seeburger-related incidents.
Analyze and resolve errors in message exchanges and workflows.
