Requirements
Drive aggressive new business growth by identifying a capturing high-value opportunities in key industries that rely on force sensors, particularly but not exclusively in aerospace, defense and aviation sectors. Own the full sales cycle - from lead generation to contract negotiation.

- Lead generation and pipeline development
- Collaboration with internal teams
- Business development
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics)
- 5 years of experience in sales to OEM accounts preferably in aerospace and defense markets
- Background in transducer / load cells or force sensors a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skill
