This Position Will Lead And Oversee
Bachelors of Mechanical or Materials Engineering or related technical degree
7-10 years of experience in global technical sales management in the electronics/sensors industry
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
Initiative, patience, and assertiveness
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, multi-task, and prioritize effectively
Innovative, energetic, analytical approach
Excellent communication skills with ability to inspire and motivate high-performance teams
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Adherence to schedules and procedures
Fluent communication in English, both verbal and written

Base Salary: $140,000 - $150,000

VPG is seeking a Senior BD & Sales Manager to lead for MicroMeasurment Sales Team.
This Position Will Lead And Oversee
- Development and execution of the Regional Sales plan
- Set goals to achieve revenue targets and continuous growth
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales territory managers and inside sales
- Build robust sales pipeline and meet or exceed sales goals
- Actively identify, prospect, and generate new business within the assigned region with a focus on high-value and strategic accounts
- Build long-term relationships with existing customers, address customer satisfaction levels and develop maintenance and cultivation plans
- Negotiate and review customer contracts, prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to established rules and guidelines
- Map the competitive environment and keep up with the latest industry developments
- Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure alignment and maximize business development efforts
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, forecast future sales, and provide regular reports to senior management
