We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to fill the role of Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Clerk. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our operations while growing your career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and invoices
- Transfer and store materials in designated locations
- Pick, pack, and ship domestic and international orders, including hazardous materials
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including customs paperwork
- Collaborate with carriers and freight forwarders to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
- Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory
- High School Diploma or Equivalency
- 2-4 years of experience in warehouse shipping and receiving
- Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Experience with shipping software and systems (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- Bonus: Experience with Air Waybill (AWB) and Automated Export System (AES) filing
